Retreat! with Elise!

I want to put this daytime retreat together for FREE. Because the people that need it the most are those that can't afford it. I'm speaking from experience.

My vision for this event is to provide women with local resources to help serve you- financially, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I plan to find motivational speakers, local vendors, outtings, movement, meditations, poetry, group therapy, etc. Whatever is available to us for free-ninety-nine.

Projected Agenda and Stay (subject to change):

• 2 Night stay in a cabin up South Fork Canyon (8 guests only)
• 2 solo bedrooms (at extra cost)
• 2 shared bedrooms (with bunks)
• everybody gets their own bed/mattress
• Bridal Veil Falls
• Stewart Falls
• Tubing Provo River
• Evening Bonfire Ritual
• each participant will plan 1 meal for the stay (this saves YOU money)
• daily guided meditations
• goal setting
• unloading personal burdens
• building community
• adventure therapy!!!!!
